EVACUATION DIAGRAMS

Evacuation Diagrams show critical information about your building to enable personnel to evacuate calmly and efficiently during an emergency. Evacuation Diagrams show the layout of the building, and the designated evacuation routes to be taken.

Evacuation Diagrams will be created in compliance with Australian Standard 3745 – Planning for Emergencies in Facilities. All clients will be provided with a PDF version of their diagrams for the records at no extra cost. Installation of evacuation diagrams is available upon request.

GJM Safety can also create Fire Block Plans for your workplace as required, or update existing plans.

  • Site Inspection:

    Our site inspection will cover several main components to ensure the sites compliance to AS3745. The main components are Safety, Training, Emergency Equipment, and basic First Aid Equipment. A PDF report is provided afterwards to the client to identify any deficiencies in compliance. This site inspection is recommended as a yearly occurrence to ensure compliance.

  • Evacuation Exercise:

    GJM Safety can help facilitate an emergency evacuation exercise for your site to ensure compliance with AS3745. GJM Safety can provide training for staff and site wardens in advance to ensure that all personnel are aware of requirements for an evacuation. A completed PDF report will be provided detailing the evacuation exercise identifying any improvements recommended for your site.

  • First Aid Audit:

    GJM Safety can provide an audit service of your sites first aid equipment and supplies. GJM Safety can also provide quotes for replacement of any used / out-of-date equipment that requires replenishment. First Aid Audits are specific to industry and workplace size to ensure that the audit conducted is compliant with regulations for different industries (high to low risk, small to large companies).

  • PlanSafe

    An online safety induction and emergency management program. PlanSafe enables site-specific training, inductions, WHS procedures and legislative updates to occur. The interactive mapping system enables users to complete their induction based on their work area, and will show emergency equipment relevant to their work area. With the ability to create Fire & Evacuation Plans, combined with training and reporting features making compliance a breeze.
